2.2. Publications

2.3. Contests and Promotions
THE MAD PIXEL FACTORY SL reserves the right to offer promotions and contests, in which users who have joined their page may participate. Guidelines for each of them, when the Social Network platform is used to do so, will be published on it, always in compliance with the LSSICE (Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce) and any other applicable regulations. The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or manage, in any way, any of our promotions, or is it associated with any of them.
2.4. Advertising
THE MAD PIXEL FACTORY SL will use the Social Network to advertise their products and services; in any case, if they decide to process your contact details to take direct actions of commercial prospecting, it will always be done in compliance with the legal requirements of the LOPD (Spain’s Data Protection Law) and the LSSI-CE (Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce). Recommending the page of THE MAD PIXEL FACTORY SL to other users so that they may also enjoy the promotions or be informed of its activities shall not be considered advertising.
